Fee: Hope Rising Fee does it again. Solid album with some great worship songs. Glory to God is an early stand out song that I'm sure we'll be doing at Awake very soon. (*****)
No Line On The Horizon U2: No Line On The Horizon Great album by one of the best bands in the world! I really dig "I'll Go Crazy If I Don't Go Crazy Tonight."

Epic. Corndogs. Couches. Just a few words that could describe this year's Awake Super Party. In the past the party was smaller and met in multiple homes, but this year we decided to host one giant party to watch the big game. With the gridiron up on the big screen, tons of food and over twenty couches spread out across the gym floor.
Over 160 guests showed up and the room felt amazing. We skipped the Black Eyed Peas at halftime for our own special version of Minute to Win It. The games were intense. Here's a few captured moments.

George W. Bush: Decision Points Great read. (Actual, great listen, I got the audio book) I got the unabridged version. The reader was great, by the end I forgot it wasn't Bush himself. (****)
William P. Young: The Shack Laura and I listened to the audio book. It was a good read. It challenged me to think about God and the Trinity in new ways. Didn't agree with 100% of it but all good books are like that. Eat the meat, spit out the bones. It's definitely worth a read. (****)
